Sunday, September 2nd
First, let me thank each and every one of you for coming to Carter’s party. I know he enjoyed his party because he was surrounded with all the people that love and care about him. Thank you for all the wonderful gifts. He now has some great clothes and great toys that are more age appropriate for him. He really had a blast opening all the presents.
Carter spent the morning playing with his new indoor toys. We had a lot of fun. In the afternoon Carter got to go outside and play with some of his outdoor toys. He loves to play baseball. He had a blast with this new toy.

Thanks Auntie Di
When I was young I roller skated at a very young age. In fact besides pretending to be a teacher for a class full of make believe students, my favorite thing to do was roller skate. So, when I saw these ‘My First Skates’ I had to get them for Carter. The first night Hunter could not wait to try them out so we put one on Hunter and one on Carter. Then, we put both on Hunter. Craig helped Hunter skate around the house but Hunter was a natural. He did great at it. The next day I let Carter try it out. Carter was not as graceful as his buddy Hunter. Carter is a pretty clumsy kid so this did not surprise me. I had a great time watching him do it. Here is a picture of his Uncle Johnny helping him around so I could take pictures.

After a few laps around the house, he was doing better but unfortunately I was the one that helped him with the first couple laps. I have the bruised ankles to prove it.
