Carter took his first steps...

Carter has taken his FIRST steps!!!!! it is so exciting and I did NOT miss it. I am so excited about that. I was so afraid he would do it when I was not home. He is getting better at standing (for about 5 seconds maybe a little longer). He falls when he realizes nobody is helping him stand. Well last night when he was standing he would take a step and then fall. Take a step and then fall.... But it counts! He may not be an expert walker and is not quite ready to nix the stroller yet but it is a start. We are very proud.

We tried our best to get it on video but he was more interested in crawling over to the video camera to check it out. He likes to look at himself on the video camera and then will stick his fingers on the lens. We may have gotten one or two steps in though.
