Gatorland
We needed rest from our busy days so the boys slept in til around 10. We lounged on the couch til 11 and then went to Gatorland for an easy day. Carter got to touch a gator and a snake. He wanted to wear a snake around his neck to get a picture but there was just no way I was letting a snake wrap itself around my baby's neck. I think Craig enjoyed Gatorland the most though.

Crazy birds... These birds are often seen hitching a ride or surfing on the gator's backs. Brave creatures, don't ya think?

This might be hard to tell but this guy is holding a tarantula. I moved very far away after he came into the stands. He just finished putting it on a girl from the audience. She was called up as a volunteer and told to close her eyes. They put this tarantula on her and told her to open her eyes but she refused because she did not even want to know what they just put on her. NO THANK YOU!
Some gator wrestling anyone?

"Here, let me now show all of you how brave I really am by holding this gator's mouth open with my chin." NO THANK YOU.
This poor gator has a club foot. I felt so bad for him. Craig wanted to let Carter feed the gators, don't worry, just throw hot dogs over the fence. We came across this guy and tried to feed him but the birds just snatched it away from him. Poor gator.

Here is a video of a very brave turtle. Push play.

They do a show where they get the gators to jump out of the water to eat a piece of chicken.

After gatorland Craig drove around for 2 hours trying to find me a sonic to eat at. He is so good to me. We have all seen the commercials and wonder why they show them here if we don't even have sonics. Since I knew there were some in Florida I really wanted to go to one. The first one we drove to was abandoned. The second one had been torn down. Third time is a charm. We probably should have taken the hint the first two times though. The fries tasted like Wendy's. Burgers not as good as Wendy's. They did however have a very yummy coconut cream pie milkshake. YUMMY!

Magic Kingdom
Our last day was spent at Magic Kingdom. Before we left to go to Florida Carter had been asking to go on the Buzz ride. Craig and I both thought we remembered the Buzz ride being at MGM so we warned Carter we would not be able to go on the Buzz ride in Florida. This was very upsetting to him but he got over it. Turned out the Buzz ride is in Magic Kingdom and it was the first ride he went on.

We met Stitch right after the ride.

Then Carter wanted to take a spin in the Astro Orbiter. This was a very fun ride. I had a great time doing this with Carter and we even went for a second turn.

Craig took Carter to drive a race car. This was the only line we had to wait in all day. It was wonderful. Most rides were so slow we did not even have to get off to go again. We just stayed on the ride til we were ready to get off.

Carter really loves the carousel.

Going into Mickey's Philharmagic.

It is a small world afterall.

I can't remember what ride this was.

Going on the giant steam boat for the first time.

Daddy took Carter on Thunder Mountain. It is a roller coaster for older people but Carter met the height requirements. He loved the roller coaster so much Craig took him a second time.

Carter wanted to go on the roller coaster again but the parade was about to start. Carter is like a little character magnet. During the parade a good amount of characters came up to either pat him on the head or shake his hand.

His hand was in wave mode for most of the parade, even when there wasn't anyone to wave at.

He fell asleep in the country bears show.

Pirates of the Carribean
Jungle Cruise

View of the park from the Swiss Family Robinson's tree house.

We got Carter popcorn. He refused to share with us. When asked he said no, turned his body and protected his popcorn. Now that is a popcorn lover.

Downtown Disney at Lego Land.
Carter paid for his placemat and plate all by himself. What a big boy.

Carter insisted on posing in front of all these characters below. He kept telling me to take his picture.

That was the end of our last day in Disney. Carter had a great time and so did we.

Carter looks like he's in a Sonic Commercial in the picture in the car. All he needs is a Sonic product visible and you could totally send it in!
