Christmas Morning...

I had to wake Carter and Craig up to start the Christmas festivities at 9. As a child Santa always left our stockings at the end of our beds and around 2 or 3 in the morning we would all wake with excitement, turn on the lights, open our stockings and go back to sleep. Carter is not old enough for this tradition and probably does not remember that a stocking would be waiting for him when he woke this year... When Carter and Craig were still asleep at 8:30 I was getting anxious to open the stockings. I waited til 9 to wake them. Carter was still pretty groggy, he sat up and with excitement in his eyes asked what was that and pointed to the stockings at our feet. We opened them all up and watched Carter get excited over every surprise he got.
After stockings we headed down to start opening all of our gifts. Carter was so excited. He had trouble figuring out what to go to first.

What first caught his eye was the train set. It was exactly what he asked Santa for.
Then over to his Smart Cycle.
That did not last long though, he was anxious to check the train out again. The train was definately his favorite toy this year. It runs non-stop in this house.

Time to start unwrapping...

The Little Eintsteins Rocket ship he asked for.

Carter and Craig setting up the Monster Truck Crash and Smash... I am not sure which one of them enjoyed the toy more.
