Day at the Farm!
We headed to Davis' today with Auntie Courtney, Bella, Julia, my friend Jess and her son Sam. The kids got face paintings. Auntie Courtney does such a great job. Carter is so silly. He says he was just like Daddy and Grammy. We played in the toddler area so it would be safe for Bella and Sam. It was getting hot so we headed over to feed the animals but the animals were tired and not hungry so we made a few stops with the animals but then headed over to the sprinkler park. The kids ran around and had a great time cooling off. Afterwards we headed to the playground for a short while. All of the kids still needed their naps, and maybe the Mommies too so we headed home. Before we left Jess gave Carter a big gift bag. It was Carter's first gift he got to open. He has been so anxious waiting for his Birth DAY to come so he tried so hard to stay awake til we got home so he could open it. He struggled. His eyes continuously rolling back and his eyelids shutting like they were made of steel and he just could not hold them any longer. I guess Sam and Bella and all that running around tuckered him out. Thanks Court and Jess for joining me today. I had a great time!
