Just a few things to write about from the past couple weekends...

Bass Point
We spent the day with family at Bass Point. It was the annual car show bbq. Nani took Carter in the water. Papa got in too and floated around with Carter. He had so much fun and did not want to come out when it was time to eat. After he came out he played with Grampy, Aunt Pattie and his cousins. He ate some yummy treats. He had a cupcake. He even shared with Grammy.




Kieley and Carter were sitting together and it was a perfect picture shot. Just one thing, Kieley was in a dress and not sitting like a lady so I asked her to please put her legs down and sit like a lady. She did, and Carter tried so hard to imitate her leg placement. Look how hard Carter is concentrating on it. He is so funny!


Why can't doggies wear shoes Mommy?
Carter decided to put his shoes on Pippa. Pippa is such a good sport.



The Fair
We may have missed the demolition derby but Carter got to ride a pony, pet a sheep, jump in the moon bounce and go down the Fun Slide. The drive was beautiful and we all had fun singing to Kenny in the car.









Fixin the car
Carter is trying so hard to help Daddy start to fix up his car. Here is Carter and Daddy banging out some dents.



I can do the dishes Mommy!
Carter likes when I empty the dishwasher. He likes to put all his cups on the counter for me. It may take me longer to do the dishes but I welcome the company and time spent with my son.


Hangin at Aunti Di's and Uncle George's
We went to Aunt Di and Uncle George's house to swim in the pool and for a party. Carter had fun with Daddy and his cousin Chris in the pool. Daddy on the other hand spent most of the time shivering.

Baking
Carter joined me in the kitchen to bake some brownies for Daddy. He had a good time. I think his favorite thing though was cleaning the spoon!

Vrroooom Vrrooom
Carter's cousin Jordan and Aunt and Uncle gave Carter Jordan's dirt bike. Carter LOVES it. He loves that he has a bike and helmet just like Daddy. He wears the helmet all over the house. (I even had trouble making him leave it at home today when we headed to the gym.) He may not be ready to ride it but he sure does like to sit on it.
