Last year we attempted to take Carter to the Monster Trucks. We stayed for a very short time because our little 1.5 year old did not understand his ears needed to be protected from the loud noise. He refused to keep the ear plugs in and the ear muffs on. We decided to try again this year. Carter is old enough to understand consequences now. I spoke to him before we went in about the importance of keeping the ear protectors on. I also explained that if he takes them off then we needed to go home. He kept them on! He loved it. Pepe and Uncle Scott had a great time too.
We even got to see a truck flip over...
