Things have been pretty busy. I know it has been a little while since I updated. I put together a montage of what we have been up to. Warning, there are a lot of pictures. (go to the bottom of this post and click on play to watch it)
We got to go to Disney on Ice, Thanks Nani and Papa.
I have some pictures in there from play time with Kieley and Bayley. Carter always has so much fun playing with them. He loves to wrestle with them.
I have pictures from Easter. Carter had a blast searching for eggs and playing with all his cousins. He is so lucky to have so many kids around that want to play with him.
One day I went in to get Carter from a nap and found that he had managed to take his diaper off all by himself. He was good enough to throw it onto his changing table for me. Little Smarty Pants!
We went to Montreal with my French class. Carter and Craig came along too. There are some pictures in there from our exciting trip.
We visited quite a few playgrounds since the last time I wrote. There are plenty of pictures of our adventures.
We celebrated Mother's day so I put in the pictures from our great time we had celebrating Mother's day.
Carter got a pool and he loves to splash around. He enjoys it even more when there are friends and family visiting.
One night Carter decided he wanted a diaper change so he went over, grabbed a clean diaper, got on the floor and attempted to put the new diaper on. He did not even take the old one off. Then he tried to put some shorts on. He cracks me up. Maybe it is a sign he may be getting ready to potty train?
Carter LOVES to dance. It does not matter if it is a song in a movie, tv show or commercial. It does not matter if the song comes on the radio in the car or while out in a store. Once he hears the music he begins to move. He will bop his head, swing his arms, wiggle his bum, or dance around the room. It melts my heart to see him so excited for music. I love to turn on the radio and dance around the living room or kitchen with him. He has been my dance partner more times than I can count. He has even got Craig to dance around the house. If it is the right song, he will sing along too. I know I am biased but he sounds better than the person that is singing the song. :-) He loves to sing the tune to twinkle twinkle little star.
We also celebrated Granpa's 50th birthday so I put those pictures in the montage too.
We just got back from a nice vacation in Maine. I included those pictures too.
*Update on Izzy - She is off Oxygen now and the echo cardiogram done on May 31st showed her holes are healing all on their own.*
